Serving Residents with Care

Established in 1990, Hearthstone is a welcoming community of 217 residences. Ideally situated on the city’s north side, our neighborhood offers convenient access to shopping centers, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, the Parkview YMCA, the Allen County Public Library, Parkview Regional Medical Center, and Dupont Hospital. Additionally, the Pufferbelly Trail runs along our boundary, and Hearthstone maintains a playground with equipment and open space for residents to enjoy.

The Hearthstone Board of Directors operates under a set of bylaws to uphold community covenants and maintain association property. The Board typically meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at Bethel United Methodist Church. Our annual meeting takes place on the last Monday in June, where homeowners are encouraged to participate in electing new board members and sharing suggestions for the coming year.

Board of Directors Mission Statement

To provide maintenance, plus functional and aesthetic improvements to all aspects of our community property, through soliciting ideas from residents and judicious use of any and all funds entrusted to us.
